NPR National Population Register জাতীয় জনসংখ্যা নিবন্ধক 2020
NPR এর পুরো নাম হলো National Population Register. 2020 সালে জনগণনা শুরু হতে চলেছে। সমগ্র ভারতবর্ষ জুড়ে এই জন গণনা হবে। এর আগে 2010 সালে NPR হয়েছিল। সেই সময় ভারতের মোট জনসংখ্যা হয়েছিল 121 কোটি 1 লক্ষ 93 হাজার 922 জন। বর্তমানে অনুমান করা হচ্ছে ভারতের জনসংখ্যা 140 কোটির কাছাকাছি চলে যাবে।
বর্তমানে NPR নিয়ে চলছে সমগ্র দেশ জুড়ে বিক্ষোভ। কারণ 2020 সালের NPR এ কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার নতুন 8 টি নিয়ম যুক্ত করছে এবং সেই নিয়মগুলির মধ্যে বেশ কয়েকটি বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে । এই নতুন 8 টি নিয়মই হয়ে উঠেছে মানুষের ভীতির কারণ। অনেক জায়গায় NPR কে NRC এর প্রথম স্তর বলা হচ্চে।
2010 সালের NPR এ যে সমস্ত তথ্য লাগেছিলো সেগুলি হল :-
1. নাম।
2. পরিবারের প্রধানের সঙ্গে সম্পর্ক।
3. বাবার নাম।
4. মায়ের নাম।
5. স্বামী / স্ত্রী নাম ( বিবাহিত হলে )
6. পুরুষ / মহিলা
7. জন্ম তারিখ ( সাল সহ )
8. বিবাহিত / অবিবাহিত।
9. জন্মস্থান।
10. জাতি।
11. যেখানে আছেন তার ঠিকানা।
12. এখন যেখানে, কত দিন ধরে আছেন সেখানে।
13. স্থায়ী ঠিকানা .
14. পেশা / অন্যান্য কাজকর্ম।
15. শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা।
এখানে কোনো বাধ্যতামূলক কোনো তথ্যই ছিল না ।কিন্তূ বর্তমানে 2020 NPR এ অনেক বাধ্যতামূলক তথ্য যোগ করা হয়েছে ।
2020 NPR ( NATIONAL POPULATION REGISTER ) এ যে সমস্ত তথ্য লাগবে সেগুলি হল :-
১ ) নাম।
২ ) পরিবারের প্রধানের সঙ্গে সম্পর্ক।
৩ ) পুরুষ মহিলা।
৪ ) জন্মতারিখ ( সাল - সহ ) ।

৭ ) পেশা / অন্যান্য কাজকর্ম।
৮ ) বাবা / মা / স্বামী / স্ত্রীর নাম ।

১০ ) যেখানে আছেন তার ঠিকানা ।
১১ ) সেখানে কত দিন ধরে আছেন ।
১২ ) জাতি ।
১৩ ) স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ।
১৪ ) আধার কার্ডের নম্বর ( নতুন , বাধ্যতামুলক ) ।
১৫ ) মােবাইল ফোনের নম্বর ( নতুন ) ।
১৬ ) মা , বাবার জন্মতারিখ ও জন্মস্থান ( নতুন ) ।
১৭ ) আগের বাড়ির ঠিকানা ( নতুন ) ।

নতুন যে আর্টটি নিয়ম যুক্ত হয়েছে 2020 NPR এ সেগুলি হল :-

NPR's full name is National Population Register. The census is set to begin in 2020. This will be counted throughout India. This was before NPR in 2010. The total population of India at that time was 121 crore 1 lakh 93 thousand 922 people. At present, India's population is estimated to be close to 140 billion.
There are currently protests all over the country with NPR. Because the central government is adding eight new rules to the NPR by 2020 and many of those rules have been made compulsory. These 8 rules have become the reason for fear of people. In many places NPR is often called the first level of NRC.
Here are some of the information that was needed in the 2010 NPR: -

4. Name of the mother.
5. Name of spouse (if married)
6. Male / Female
7. Date of birth (including year)
8. Married / unmarried.

12. Where you are now, for how long.
13. Fixed address.
14. Occupation / Other Activities.
15. Educational Qualifications.
There was no compulsory information here. But there is currently a lot of compulsory information added to the 2020 NPR.

এখানে কোনো বাধ্যতামূলক কোনো তথ্যই ছিল না ।কিন্তূ বর্তমানে 2020 NPR এ অনেক বাধ্যতামূলক তথ্য যোগ করা হয়েছে ।
