PROPORTIONAL PIES

 •SOURCE :- The pie (π) from Greek alphabet has been used here to indicates the circularity of the diagram because pie is considered as the ratio between the circumstances and diameter of a circles.

 • PRINCIPLE :- Various types of data representing a whole and its components can be representing in Pie - Diagram. The distribution of  divisions into total is represented by following the principal of this diagram.

 • Calculation for the radius  of the circles :- πr² = x( here x is area or population to be represented)
r = √x/π

 • CALCULATION FOR ANGULAR VALUE :- Various components are shown by the angular value of the circle. θ = (360°/ total value) × individual components item.

 • USE :- Land use, production of various crops and quantity of various minerals, various components of population ( male,female) are shown by this diagram and we can compare between various components.

Depending on the nature of data square diagram may be constructed in two ways :- (i). Simple square diagram or proportional squire diagrams where data with only one component is available and each square represent a single value. (ii).            পৃথিবীর বৃহত্তম উষ্ণ মরুভূমি Written By FIROZ MALLICK   1. সাহারা :- সাহারা পৃথিবীর বৃহত্তম উষ্ণ মরুভূমি ।এটি আফ্রিকা মহাদেশে অবস্থিত।এই মরুভূমির আয়তন 9,064,650 বর্গ কিমি। 2. আরবীয় মরুভূমি : - পৃথিবীর অন্যতম বৃহত্তম উষ্ণ মরুভুমি হল আরবীয় মরুভূমি। এটি মধ্যেপ্রাচ্যে অবস্থিত।এই মরুভূমির আয়তন 2,589,900 মিটার। 3.গ্রেট ভিক্টোরিয়া :- এই উষ্ণ মরুভূমি অস্ট্রেলিয়াতে অবস্থিত। এই মরুভুমিটির আয়তন 647,475 মিটার। 4.কালাহারি :- পৃথিবীর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উষ্ণ মরুভূমি হল কালাহারি। এই মরুভুমিটি দক্ষিণ আফ্রিকায় অবস্থিত।এই মরুভুমিটির বিস্তৃতি হল 582,727 মিটার। 5. চিহুয়াহুয়ান :- এই উষ্ণ মরুভুমিটি মেক্সিকো তে অবস্থিত। এর আয়তনব453,232 মিটার ও উচ্চ। 6.থর :- এই উষ্ণ মরুভূমিটি ভারত ও পাকিস্তিন সীমানা বরাবর অবস্থিত। এই মরুভুমিটির বিস্তার 259,000 মিটার।       :পৃথিবীর বৃহত্তম শীতল মরুভূমি সমূহ: 1. গোবি মরুভূমি :- পৃথিবীর বৃহত্তম শীতল মরুভূমি হল গোবি মরুভূমি। এটি চিনে অবস্থিত।এর আয়তন হল 1,294,950 মিটার 2.প‍্যাটাগোনীয় মরুভূমি :- এই শীতল মরুভুমিটি দক্ষিণ আমেরিকার আর্জেন্টিনা রয়েছে।এই
